What Is Air

Air = Your Movement

Movement is an essential nutrient.  Your body needs it to stay mobile, stay limber, and stay fit.  Just as importantly, your brain craves regular exercise.  The way you move your body on a daily basis improves the way your body moves.  This translates into better function, fewer aches and pains, better health outcomes, and may even improve the way you feel about yourself when you look into a mirror.
